Get Involved in Your Community!

Want to have more said in how Mesa County runs? Then apply to serve on one of our volunteer boards or commissions.

The Mesa County Board of Commissioners is looking for volunteers to fill vacancies on the following:

  • Access Appeals Advisory Board – hears appeals regarding  roadway access issues.
  • Agricultural Advisory Panel - assists in resolving agricultural related issues.
  • Board of Adjustment – handles special exceptions to zoning regulations.
  • Building Code Board of Appeals - handles special exceptions to the building code.
  • Tri River Advisory Board – assists local extension personnel in planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating programs and performance.
